The Apple M1Pro is the second chip of the Apple Silicon M1 series. It is a ARM silicon as its predecessor. It comes to play in the 14/16"MacBook Pro of 2021. The Chip has a better 10 core CPU, 8 high efficiency cores and 2 high performance cores. The chip can use Thunderbolt 4 and power two external display. It features 32GB RAM which is unified memory, meaning that it is shared for CPU RAM and VRAM. It has also a 16 core GPU. It has 200GB/s. The M1 Pro is manufactured on 5nm architecture and has 33.7 billion Transistors. The Silicon has also got a new, even more powerful Neural Engine for intense machine learning tasks. It also features the all new Media Engine for Video Processing with high efficiency. Apple is likely to be replacing the cheaper Intel i7 with this which is not availible on apple.com. It is so powerful that Apple has positioned itself and its silicon as the cherry on top of the ARMs.
