The AirPods 3 were released on 18th October. They feature a drastic redesign. They look like AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro meshed into one. The bottom portion features a bigger battery and the force control button we saw on AirPods Pro. AirPods 3 feature the same top earpiece as the AirPods 2. They feature a new, squarer case with MagSafe we see on iPhone. The new AirPods have 3D Audio (They call it spatial audio now) meaning that the earphones track your head to make better Audio. The AirPods still have easyconnect for simply connect.
I think Apple is making a big mistake undifferenciating their lineup.
